芦岩:嘉兴市委举办：企业战略的制定与管理专题讲座

10月18—19日，北京三鉴正元企业管理研究院院长，清华大学职业经理训练中心特聘教授芦岩在文华园宾馆为浙大总裁班嘉兴八期、海宁金融一期的全体学员主讲了《企业战略的制定与管理》，近百名企业经营者、经济管理干部认真听取了这场讲座。在如何面对新经济的机遇和挑战上，芦教授以大量的企业咨询和实际情境案例，指出企业应在转变观念和制定战略上下功夫，讲授了企业战略的基本特征和战略所要解决的关键问题。
两天授课期间，课堂气氛生动活泼，芦教授不时穿插思考互动，赢得了参训学员的阵阵掌声。现场参与旁听的市委组织部、经信委干部表示：学习企业管理知识非常必要，对我们“服务企业、服务基层”有帮助、有提高。
