在《数字企业》演讲中,何万斌老师称:数字化升级与数字化转型,虽然都是互联网变革,但两者有很大不同。前者是用数字化改造自己,后者是用数字化改造他人。

他表示,非数字原生企业的数字化转型,通常是行业龙头企业以自身做数字化升级的积累沉淀为基础,创建一家相对独立的原生数字企业,对外提供数字化升级改造服务。三一的树根互联、美的的美云智数、海尔的卡奥斯、等等,都属于这种模式。

他认为,这一模式因其步步为营、稳扎稳打、风险可控的特点,而成为了非原生数字企业数字化转型的主流模式。其优势是进入自身母体企业的生态圈、影响圈会相对容易,其挑战是进入友商母体企业的生态圈、影响圈会相对很难。

据悉,《数字企业》之所以成为数字化变革的代表性演讲,很大程度上是因为创始人何万斌老师,在企业战略与组织、经营与管理、前沿与本质等根本性问题上,拥有全面的体悟和深刻的洞见。
