(1)在给顾客指引方向时,要把手臂伸直,手指自然并拢,手掌向上,

以肘关节为轴,指向目标。

(2)在指引方向时,眼睛要看着目标并兼顾对方是否看到指示的目标。

(3)在介绍或指示方向时切忌用一根手指指点。

(4)谈话时手势不宜过多,幅度不宜过大,否则会有画蛇添足之感。

(5)一般来说,手掌掌心向上的手势是虚心的、诚恳的,在介绍、引路、

指示方向时,都应掌心向上,上身稍前倾,以示敬重。

(6)在递给顾客东西时,应用双手恭敬地奉上,绝不能漫不经心地一扔,

并忌以手指或笔尖直接指向顾客。
